As a newbie in BPO industry, I really don't know what to expect. I know that the workload is heavy, and the schedule is not really what you want it to be. Thats why I'm being neutral in these. I'm on the process of adjustment. Tho, I'm hoping to adapt sooner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to talk to and not intimidating
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The approach of the QA's and TL's are much appreciated, they make sure that everyone is align and updated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not in the place to demand, because I'm new. but as per my takes here. Moderator should be compensated more.
What makes you most happy at work?
The workload is okay, but to be honest the people who I work with is the main reason why I enjoy working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The current team; I can't say anything right now. but some of them are great. especially the ones who are with me in training and booth camp.
