We are hoping for an upskill allowance and some of the team are hoping for salary alignment.

I firmly believe that our skills/tier should have a corresponding allowance. For an instance I am already trained in everything including Triaging yet I don't have an allowance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love about the team is that there is a goal as an individual and account, but lately it has been different we heard a lot of biases when one leader tells something to another leader it causes division because that leader is more "close" than the other. Those were just observations we have.
