Politics and drama. I love working where there is camaraderie, where people gets happy when you done something good, where your thoughts and opinions can be heard.

Opinions and Ideas are everywhere but leadership are only focused to those who are in a specific group. Our management must be caring to the overall wellness of the team, especially health wellness. Our agents are our front liners, we must value them.
