Overall, I feel very insecure in this work due to the consistent threat of receiving an NTE whenever we can't meet a specific target. Based on KPI's, we cannot recover from a failing score using AHT and Variance if our Quality is failed. What is the essence of having an AHT and Variance?

I like how my manager gives us an update regarding our score. Motivates us on coming at work everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Asked my manager about the annual raise and s/he said it's 50/50 (if there is). Content Moderator's salary should be higher than 16k. But since we are work from home most of the time, I accepted it. But I was disappointed when I heard that we will be full RTO next month.
