Everyday moderation is a challenge. it is part of my work. so far in my 11 months working for enshored I wouldnt say that I wasnt happy and I wouldnt say that I didnt have days where I just wanted to quit, I can see that the company is trying their best to improve environment for their employee.

so far, I've been thinking of changing my career that's how bad it is. and I'm not motivated and I just feel like everything's going backward

it's not the company but the some of the leader handling us

Yes. and moderators will keep on complaining unless you give us a raise

my co workers are the only pros that is keeping me in this company

dont treat us like we are robots and no we moderators are not same person.

seeing them at the office during RTO so it doesnt feel like im loosing money for nothing

That I don't know anymore. my everyday shift feels like I just have to log in and work.

im not bored, i dont have time to be bored. im too stressed and had anxiety cause of work

I don't have time to get bored, I'm too stress doing my work to make sure that I'm reaching quality score

i cant afford to be bored. im too stressed and pressured add anxiety to the lot, thats why i cant even afford to bored
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
being practical as the demand for work goes up, so does the salary. they ask so much of us that we feel like robots, as moderator we sometime gets undermined.

they ask too much for us to do and gaslight us by working at home or say that we are only moderating it and that should be easy. well its not! it draining and exhausting
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my teammates is that we knows exactly how each of us would feel and how we can support each other during hard days at work. that's why is quite sad to be assigned to a different team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite our struggles in the team, we all just tend to enjoy what's laid out for us and just make sure we pass time before we go on moderation. what's positive about it is I get to enjoy activities with my teammates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
aside for being undervalued, underpaid we are also gaslighted for working at home unlike the leaders. unlike their salary its possible for them to be in the office, for us moderators who also lives far from manila, its gonna cost us too much,we also have bills to pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to get better at telling the moderators what needs to be done and how we can improve our moderation scores without gas lighting us, or saying that we work from home and that we got everything easy on end unlike them. they demand so much for such wage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
we are not robots. no matter how many mindnation you give us moderators if some of the root cause of our stress and anxiety comes from the leaders and other officers, retaining us would not be possible. if you demand more from us, then give us a raise. I work my wage and thats it.
