KPI incentive for everyone not just the 19% of the entire Enshored population

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager cares to me as a person and understand my dilemma in work

allows team building which helps the team make connection and build a better co-worker relationship

What makes you most happy at work?

somewhat the account is quite stressful as f the moment because of the sudden changes happening from time to time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Account is requiring a very idealistic KPI yet there is no acceptable reward and recognition. A more aligned incentive grid will be appreciated.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The Management is quite insensitive on the agent's EQ and mental health. They are not understanding enough that the goal and numbers they are projecting is contradicting in each of KPI. They need to establish a realistic goal, not idealistic. This is a complete opposite of a good retention.
