Working at home was the best for me because I'm a mom of 4. I can provide for their needs financially and emotionally.

Not so stressful but sometimes it depends to the Team Leader, if TL put some pressure to your job the agent would feel stress.

The idea of being a hero for our users, especially for our children who use social media. In this way, we can protect them.

They are very concerned with their agents. Willing to help and very responsive when we have concerns about our job and if we have problems.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fairly enough, but if we are going to work in the office 5 days a week, we need allowance for our transportation and food allowance, so, in that case, our salary package would be spent on our family expenses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working at home is the most positive about the culture and environment of this company, I can do my job with no pressure and no stress because I'm with my family, especially my 4 kids. If they need immediate help they can call me or ask me immediately especially if there's an emergency.
