Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to have salary increase due to my family needs. And I hope Enshored would understand if I can work on site once a month due to I live far away in the Metro I am from Lipa and I cant afford to hire someone to help my live in partner to look after our children. I have 4kids. Thanks!
