I would say the salary is okay but could improve if they will base on heroes skills and capability, dedication and offers a chance to rise up for a better promotion. Other company offers WFH setup for moderation, which would help the heroes to be more productive and comfortable and cut expenses
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Working with Enshored gave me lots of improvement to myself in terms of my professional worth and competency at work. However, would be nice if the account offers hybrid setup at least to employees as an option.

Willing to offer support and help each other in times of need

Everyone are willing to extend help and shows grace despite of the situation
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Language premium only but hopefully there's a space to increase depending on heroes performance

Leaders cares about the heroes' well-being and appreciate ideas equally and willing to extend help to the hero for improvement
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the friendly environment or bond of some people are showing, although definitely there are many who are not friendly or showing and sometimes shows unfriendly attitude
What makes you most happy at work?
Moderating cases challenges me and being able to offer support at the same time to my team makes me happy and getting having no markdowns in my work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
tardiness, no better understanding of the company guidelines in moderation and no interest to to improve or shows obvious no understanding or knowledge of what he/she is doing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
leadership team is somewhat okay but hope that they would not seem to favor others sometimes in an obvious manner and better appreciation to heroes contribution and hard work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
location, expenses, and un-comfortability at times while working especially and disagreement with QA with obvious mistake at times which makes me feel unmotivated to work and want to quit my job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In away I feel having lower compensation considering my skills but nonetheless, I am grateful for landing the job offer and hopefully the company will promote better promotion and increase for employees.
