My team is great. I thought training for career growth is readily available for R&F as well but it seems that it's only available to the team leads. Upper management is sometimes ignoring the policy / SOP just because they can.

My pay compared to my coworkers with the same workload is nowhere near. The major contributor to salary increase should be workload and performance and not tenurial.
