Benefits are good, people are good but the company as a whole has Poor Communication within the organization. Enshored really need to improve in this area. Enshored must learn how to foresee future issues that may arise before making decisions as it greatly affects the people below the pipeline.

Flexible in terms of the schedule and the Team is very much aware that they need to do it due to tight staffing.

Break the communication barriers/gaps. Work with your frontliners to really know what is happening. To know if a certain program or initiative is feasible or doable.

My Team is very flexible even during abrupt changes that sometimes compromise the performance of the Team. but despite of that, the Team is still delivering exceptional results.

It's more of the performance incentive they are giving quarterly. I think it will be best if the executive team will provide the details on how the incentive is being given and what is the measure for it. The programs I am handling did an outstanding performance but I only got 50% of what others got
