This company needs to be fair especially with external audit and leave vacation. It could have been better if the number of External Audit per agent is even. Also much better if the approval of leave depends on the remaining leave credits and attendance. Still this company is GREAT.

The salary is not good especially for this kind of inflation.

The leaders always checking us if we are okay or if we need something.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The external audit is not fair, most of the time I have 10+ audit for external but my team only have 2-3 audits. Also its unfair for some queue to file a leave. Its almost end of the year but I still have 12 leave credits because I'm not eligible to file a leave because of my queue.
