Its been a good run to work here, even though I face challenges. All is good, but I just don't accept those people who have a good performance due to their unfairly tactics I know this will avoided for now due to full rto set-up. But in those year I work here as hybrid I do my best in a clean way.

Its time to back the work from home set-up because like me it's difficult for me to leave this company coz deep inside I'm okay here

The positive this is, the current environment where I am now is I don't want to get away from it because I fear that this kind of environment are not same on other environment

I don't know if it will last or if it's just happening because I'm just starting phase. What I mean is that it will take a long time is the good approach of my SME that resulting in a smooth and comfortable feeling.

It is just a good environment, I developed my skills on teaching especially answering those confusions, but on the other side it affected my performance due to distraction. Even though like than, all things good. I just don't like those unfairly tactics on their output to have a better performance
