Salary is enough because it's a hybrid setup and if we work onsite there's a free food.

Sometimes I feel that the pressure is too much because the KPI/metrics were getting more difficult than the usual
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What we need is salary increase because of the current setup which is full onsite. It costs too much to go at the office and it is tiring for us at the same time, especially for us the source of income in the family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work pressure is too much, I heard that they will remove the additional allowances for WFH setup because of the full RTO. We as the employee of Enshored, going at the office is too tiring because of the traffic and heat in our country. Aside from it, it costs too much working in this setup. Thanks
