The scheduling practices are nothing short of a nightmare. The schedules are incredibly erratic and disruptive, making it impossible for employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This has taken a toll on my physical and mental health.

My overall experience at the company has been mixed. While there's instability in KPI scores, unpaid sick leave, and increased workload without a promised salary raise, I remain happy due to the support from my current team and leader.

One of the most positive aspects of the company culture and environment is the supportive leadership provided by my current team leader. his approachability and dedication ensure that every team member feels valued and included.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is approachable and welcoming, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Especially my current team leader, in particular, has been exceptional in ensuring that no one feels left behind. Their guidance and encouragement have been invaluable.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is the motivation to provide for my family. As the breadwinner, knowing my efforts support their well-being gives me a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment, keeping me driven and dedicated each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A clear and compelling vision that guides the organization toward its goals and Open, transparent, and effective communication that fosters trust and alignment within the team. and most important is encouraging and empowering team members to take initiative and ownership of their work.

Despite the significant amount of work I manage and the dedication I bring to my role,I have noticed that my compensation does not align with that of my colleagues who have similar responsibilities. This disparity has been particularly challenging given the increased workload and the effort require
