To be honest, the work is very challenging compared to the previous companies I worked with. But I love being here at Enshored, not because of the money I earn but because of the new things I learn everyday. I'm still looking forward to be part of this company and spend more years here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges I receive everyday due to the nature of my work. Everything is new to me, and I learn a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is just a suggestion to have an increase to the basic salary given the high expenses nowadays specially if we need to work onsite.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We don't feel unvalued and the team manager and SME in our team help us to improve. They show us kindness and respect though we are still new in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new in the company, but our team manager was considerate given the circumstances I encountered during our nesting period. The way she values us gave me the spirit to do my best and strive harder to succeed and be permanently part of this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the best SME's in our team. Though we're having a hard time with our QA, they are making sure that we understand the things we need to improve and gave us full support on how to cope up. They actually gave me the hope to still do my best and work harder to improve.
