this is very good company good offurtunity. but the management luck of motivation and support to there heroes and poor work balance assesement to their heroes. like my vl ive file more then 2 weeks but no responce from my tl and tm then all of a suddden dis approve

i dont think 2 weeks in a row is reasonable for me to ask report on site.. its demotivation.

balance the metrics of score and not brutal scheduling rto. 3 times a week is too much then 2 weeks in a row
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
amenities for wellness as content moderator wellness amenities is very important, equipment no proper head phones and office space, ambiance of the working area table and chairs old school
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
check the metrics or weigh of the score for every category. as content moderator is mentally working environment it should be more considerable to the agent not just always ask report on site 2 weeks in a row and 3 times a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
since we are hybrid set up compensation is enough but once were return to office or having onsite schedule compensation is not enough dew to other expenses for transportation and food hope to understand basically my conpenzation is for wah package. thank you
