a yearly increase would be great especially we are loaded with a lot of work loads. additional incentives too.

What makes me happy is looking forward with the salary that we receive each pay. We will be more happier for a salary increase.

Now a days all things are expensive so us employees we also deserve an increase every year especially if we are doing our job well so we deserve to be compensated well.
