At first, I was happy because of the WFH setup, but next month they say it will go full RTO. I love my work, but if full RTO happens, I think I will resign because the salary is low, and my house is far from the office. And the RTA prioritizes officers for VL. What about the agents who need VL?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary and allowances are low, yet the demand for high KPIs and full RTO persists. The salary is very low.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am good at and love my work, but I don't like the full RTO setup because the office is far from my house, and the schedule is very dangerous, especially as a woman. I can do my work much better if I am at home.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should be more approachable and understanding of the personal problems of the agents. All they care about is achieving high KPIs; they don't consider that the agents might be struggling too. They don't give us the right to take VL just because there are insufficient slots.
