The company was always on AHOD and there's no available time to have a team meeting and always have a 1 on 1 coaching so it's kind a different from other BPO company that always or weekly have a Team meeting to know each other.

Since the work is not easy and were having a hard time to understand the comments. Maybe be considerate with the salary package.
