The most positive aspect of our company culture and environment is the diversity we bring to the table. While we come from different backgrounds and have different perspectives, at the end of the day, we unite as one team.

I feel undervalued because each agent's level of skills and workload were not evenly distributed in accordance with their salary. It's totally unfair to those agents that were keep on being upskilled but the compensation was not and agent's w

My team is what makes me happiest at work. Despite the challenges, especially dealing with irate customers, they always support and uplift me. Their resilience and positive attitude help us overcome obstacles, making even the tough days more manageable and rewarding.

One of the best things about my team is how cooperative we are. Everyone brings their own unique strengths and expertise, but we're all focused on helping each other out. Whether it's brainstorming new ideas, solving tough problems, or just being there to support one another.
