there was some miscommunication between the HR of manila and the workplace in cebu, however the OM is excellent at making urgent decisions
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I was doing great at my first 3 months working but in the 5th month I scores went nose dive and I was doing the same thing. Now I am unsure if I get the regularization which bothers me a lot since I do not want to look for another company. I find it a little hard to work exerting effort with this.

I am not sure about the others, but in our team if you get regularized you would need to give something to eat to the team. Personally it is positive
