Almost 10 months in the company and to be honest there are more rooms to improve, especially in management and salary increase.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting paid and chatting with my friends.

Being ourselves even though we're completely strangers and awkward to each other sometimes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having a wellness coaches that helps us to clear our mind and relieve our stress.

Talkative, giving their best, being happy all the time even though the salary is not that high and especially the bond that they ensure that it will be an unforgettable memories
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes have food in our team and we bond together. We think as a whole not individually like we find other if they are late or something went wrong to them...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd rather have low benefits with high salary than high benefits with low salary. Raise our salary rather than to hire new agents/moderators. Most of the employees here in enshored are loyal and waiting for a new change.
What makes you most happy at work?
When there's an even or free food, also when it's the time where our PMP score is going to be presented and I'm looking forward on quarterly report as I wish to be one of the top moderators and join on a meeting event on vikings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not undervalued it's just, I (can be considered as we for other moderators like me) need a pay raise. It's unfair on our end when it comes to our shift schedules as we don't have any night differential and sometimes the holidays are being held on our rest day...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Team leader(s) are doing their best to provide the best support for us to stay in the company and at the same time they are pro moderators which feel us at ease even if there's a problem with in our case or a future problem that may lead to termination...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It depends on the department. If we are talking about our Cluster's Team manager and Team leader, I can confidently say that they are doing their best in fulfilling their roles. I'm not a perfect moderator but I can proudly say that I'm good what I'm doing with the help of your TM and TLs...
