They are all friendly and because of them, it wouldn't be this fun. It's like, I'm not just here just to do my job because it's required, but I am also here to expand my network, to collaborate to reach company goals, and to learn something from other people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can really feel the support from my team and my HR Officer. They are all welcoming and approachable. Leadership reflects to the team if they are people person. And they are all like that since I can easily build interpersonal relationship with them and we make sure to strategize in reaching goals.
