The best part is the mid-year bonus for appreciate all of the hard work and if we have a yearly salary re-alignment or increase perks that would be the best ^_^
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Little salary increase or re-alignment, for benefits I would be happier if the company have a fitness or gym partnership that the employees can enjoy and use for a healthy body.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every time we had a WFH set-up since we can do the job while we are in our family and for me I can maximize my time because I don't mind the traffic every time I come to work if Im in WFH set-up
