I think we are less compensated than other bpo company, usually this type of job are more highest paid

In able to provide the quality service to the company and also to provide the financial neccessities of my family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working from home, My TL is very kind and understanding. If given a chance to choice to work onsite or wfh, I would always choose WFH since I can do my job even working at the comfort of my home. Please do consider agents that have reason to not work on site.
