That they treated me right, and put on a fake face to explain how they treat everyone equally and fairly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers need to not have ego powertrips and be held in a position of power for that long and wrongfully use it and to just get a smack on the hand for it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe find people who are good people to be put in a position of power, and would use that power for everyone and not just themselves, and wouldnt target and treat everyone the same and equally.
