I enjoy my job, but I feel as though I am only an employee # to our executive team. I don't feel as though my job is secure as I feel as though our executive team is only concerned about share holders and not FA employees as a whole.

Everyone seems very willing to help when you need something or have a question.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the fact that we are working on becoming more and more diverse.

I like the communication they provide on how the company is doing, good or bad.

Their willingness to jump on a call with a customer to assist with issue resolution.

Everyone is willing to help each other out when questions come up or for issue resolution.
What makes you most happy at work?
When our customers are happy, I am happy. When there are issues, ie system down, search delays that are out of my control is when it get stressful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel as though FA has a desire to make everyone feel accepted no matter their sexual orientation, race or religion. I enjoy learning about other people who are not the same as me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the VC plan for CSD is mostly based on selling. If you have accounts that you have had for a number of years, the opportunity to earn commissions is less than a CSD who is getting a new account.
