What is the best part about your compensation package?

After a decade with the company, I get a significant amount of time off.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a small team, and work together well. If one person doesn't know the answer, someone else does. There's no blame, and someone is always there to pick up the ball if another person is overwhelmed.

What makes you most happy at work?

I feel fulfilled by the work I'm doing now. I'm building something that will truly help our customers grow and make positive changes within their own businesses, and it will alleviate pain for our employees as well. It's the future we've needed for a long time, and I'm excited!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is a growing corporate culture of empowerment. It hasn't always been that way, but there's more and more reaching across teams, so that we can ask whoever we need for help. I don't have to go thru a chain of command to ask a question, I just get it done.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The current executive team seems truly invested in employee engagement and turning around company culture from what it was a decade ago. This has gone from a very toxic place to work from a place I enjoy being at day to day. They are genuinely open to internal feedback, and don't see us as numbers.
