It's been alright. Again, working remotely is the best perk. Coming from another company in recent years, Fadv lacks a lot of benefits that I miss. (Summer Fridays, sick time being sperate and NOT counting towards PTO, paid lunch time, raises each year). I don't feel like this is a forever company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clearer raise guidelines (when/how they happen). Pay needs to be higher and kept up with inflation; I'm starting to struggle w/ cost of living. Summer fridays would be a SUPER nice and deserved perk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seems like the executive team is diverse and I appreciate how visible they are on events that are put on by the women's group. I constantly see the CEO in these events/meetings and that is really important.
