Mike Swales is Dynamite! He is understanding and has integrity. I really like his work ethic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was unclarity regarding my inheritance of the duties of the Procurement director that left the company in 2019. I was told that a job was being created for me. I never got a job description of the job or training. Mike is helping to restructure my role. I have confidence that we will win!
