This is the first company I have worked for that is not so focused on profits that it doesn't provide the staff and equipment needed to do our job and take care of the clients.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I love the primary part of my job, but the lack staff makes the workload unmanagable. The fact that management doesn't understand how much work it takes for us to maintain client accounts is frustrating. Having goals and reveiws tied to revenue when we do not have control over that is defeating.

What makes you most happy at work?

Creative problem solving with my team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The amount of PTO provided.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Promotes work-life balance and follows through with it by allowing the flexibility.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with clients and making improvments to their process and seeing the positive results.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Proving more staff versus expecting us to keep taking on more work when we are already working 60+ hours a week.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is no issue getting time off, vacation or stepping out for a mid-day appointment. Providing flexibility with sick kids, etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Willingness to jump in and help problem solve and step in to help your client when you are busy. It is the true definition of a team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Upper management understands that happy employees means happy clients. By taking care of their base staff they are promoting a collaborative and positive environment. They take your suggestions on improvements.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all healp each other out. Regardless of how busy we are, everyone will take the time to help or take on a task for each other. No one on the team ever makes you feel bad for asking for help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Expecting me to continue to work 60+ hours a week with no pay increase drastically reduces what I'm actually getting paid per hour. Making our annual goals tied so heavily to revenue and custor service surveys but giving us more clients thus reducing the time and attention we can give to our client
