I am consistently frustrated and undervalued. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. It is hard to get up and come to work daily and try to be in a good mood.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing I dread coming in here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough space to say what needs to be said. The environment is toxic, negative and exhausting. Communication is horrible from all of management. They place those who they favor into lead positions versus who are skilled for the position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are asked to constantly do more but not compensated for it. Temps come in making more then the long term employees. Fast food employees make more then us. Those who have been here are passed over and treated poorly to the point the good employees quit.
