So far so good. There are certain things which are a hindrance and can be looked into. I am happy getting up everyday to come to work. So that's a huge positive this company has over me.

Paid based on performance and not just on the experience. Identifying candidates based on quality of work rather than tenure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Grounded management. There is no sense of superiority and head weight in any one of the higher ups above the agent level.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going back home thinking I helped someone and them wishing us in abundance for something small that we do, however, it makes a big difference to the applicants.
