My team is very supportive. I came from a different industry and this is my first time to work in a BPO, but my teammates made it easy for me to assimilate.

I can work at my own phase and I have the liberty to work from home. I experience work-life balance for the first time. The company is also very thoughtful, sending out tokens of appreciation on occasions like a simple "mother's day".
