After moving to the XPT team, I have found that there is a very big difference in how things are managed and work life balance. I think all the departments need to practice the same way of working and focus on employees at all designations. XPT team focuses on one goal as the entire team.

The regular connects and te focus on my development. They provide constant feedback for me to do my job better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all focused on a common goal and we as a team work towards it. Working with my team motivates me and builds the energy in me to perform my job well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of learning opportunities, I love that my manager trusts me with the job role and gives me the freedom to explore various opportunities to do my job better and while I perform my duties, I get constant feedback to do my job even better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of years invested with the company and the current value of compensation offered by other organizations for the role I am in, I feel the compensation here is lower. If there are goodies provided by the comp and better reimbursements provided this would help in making me feel better.
