I have been here since there were very few of us in MultiLatin, and I have been part of the company in many processes of change, until I became part of First Advantage. Although some years ago there were difficult times for me when I felt ignored, I'm happy to be here and to be part of this team now

Openness to all employees. It is very easy to approach and learn from them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do and when a client is satisfied with my work. I like living with colleagues I appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the best thing is that it feels like a family. There is a lot of respect and warmth among everyone, both professionally and on a personal level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The communication we maintain has helped us a lot. We can support each other whenever we need it, and internally we all know that the others on the team will be there for us if you need it at any time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very happy with the work environment, the pay for what I do seems fair for now. I love the opportunities the company gives me to study or attend to personal matters. I think it would be ideal if among the benefits we received food vouchers or some kind of internal course to improve my English.
