There have been ups and downs from the time I started until now. and I imagine that there will continue to be the same ups and downs. I am just waiting on the day that we have leaders at the VERY TOP who truly value the contributions of the little people and not be so concerned about shareholders

Fair living wages, consistent incentives, equal to market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We've been together for a long time and understand and appreciate one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sometimes they care and sometimes they don't. I guess you have support in the moment but moments change and bottom line is all that matters.
What makes you most happy at work?
That last question should have also had a range. For the most part, I am happy about going to work but it is quite stressful not knowing, day to day, if I will still have a job the next day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not 100% negative so, that question should have had a range. It is about 30% negative and the most positive thing going on at FA is the fact that, for the most part, your teammates really do look out for each other.
