Frito lay is a fine company to work for. My biggest complaint is that the company puts all responsibility onto the front line worker instead of management that is more able to influence those responsibilities.

The culture needs to change to better align frontline work incentives witg management incentives.

The leadership team needs to get better at helping the front line worker instead of trying to impress their boss.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that everyones decisions effects the frontline worker but the frontline worker is the only one held responsible for those decisions.
