you are constantly in an environment where people don't want you there. The stores hate this company and take it out on the employees who habe zero control over company policies.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Job satisfaction would greatly improve with fair compensation. The work is hard. The hours are long. Breaks are encouraged, but the demands of the job and expectations of management don't reasonably allow for breaks
