Use to love it but now that it's ok for 1 person to get away with not helping and doing nothing but running ppl off 7ppl in a year and the company and fohm backing them it's going down hill fast

Good job, but horribly managed. They turn over in lower and middle management way too much to actually let them become effective in their position. The team members are always picking up the pieces of their incompetence and it can be exhausting.
