Overall I've been very happy here. The only major issue would be the way they calculate compensation with sales expectations. Previous route salesmen's mistakes can greatly affect your ability to reach sales goals, and thereby affect how much you make.

It was very straightforward, I never felt like my time was being wasted, and I was fully informed about the position.

There are some really great workers who always do their best at their job, as well as helping out others when able.

Some members of management really care and will do anything they can to help you succeed, including helping pull product and helping out salesmen in stores.
