Good job, but horribly managed. They turn over in lower and middle management way too much to actually let them become effective in their position. The team members are always picking up the pieces of their incompetence and it can be exhausting.

The team members are very tight-knit

Getting paid and left alone.

A lot of smart hard working people who take their jobs seriously and genuinely care about putting out a good product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executive management is constantly slapping us in the face with bragging about growth and record sales figures, but fight us to the bitter end if we dare ask for COL raises and our medical premiums go up every year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with each other and team members. Everything is very disorganized and managers turn over constantly, only to be replaced by recent college grads with little to no experience. It makes the workplace very frustrating to be a part of.
