Mainly positive but the distinction made between government employees and government contractors can be difficult to stomach. It's just the forced distinction the government requires cab seem unfair.

Better leave accrual. More options for Health Insurance with lower deductibles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supervisor is easy to talk to and has an open door policy. Very supportive and encouraging.
