I have only be at FSA Federal for almost 3 months and I am very happy with how understanding they are about certain situations etc. So with that brief sample size I would say I am very happy with my overall experience.

Having tasks assigned to me that challenge me and allow me to learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at my company is very friendly and everyone is willing to help when I have question.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It seems to be about the market rate for government and private sector paralegal positions in the area I live.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care about taking the time to teach me the items I need to know in my position and seem intent on rotating me through the three teams that make up the "Division" I am assigned too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and OSS care about me and were and are very understanding when an electrical fire occurred in my immediate next-door neighbor's condominium on September 7th that has made the entire building unable to be occupied until December 2022 or January 2023.
