You are able to grow within the company and build friendships across all levels of the company structure.

The relationships I have built with senior investigators and former agents has been extremely positive. they come to me with question and have confidence in my ability to find resolutions.

Coming in each day to work with my team! We have a great little neighborhood we've created in our area of the unit. We are a team that you can depend on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is similar to that of a GS-13: GS-13 government employees receive a base salary between $84,546.00 and $109,908.00, depending on their General Schedule Step. The educational requirements for most GS-13 government jobs is a Master's or Ph.D. I hold a Master's. My base pay is $77,000.
