I like working for the company but am disappointed in extremely low increases/raises. The company does not keep up with the cost of living.

The company is not competitive in pay compared to other companies. Cost of living increases is imperative at the least.

With all of the inflation and gasoline prices it is impossible to be content with not having yearly raises and cost of living increases. Quality of life has decreased.
