I feel confident working for FSA. Although I'm not at management level, I do feel that management does many things to retain their employees. I feel FSA has a positive track record with the Government and believe that contracts will continue as they have for many years.

We seem to all work together for the common goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe my salary is very adequate comparatively with those in the same position that are Federal employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy my co-workers and my superiors regularly give positive feedback. There is a great deal of team building that takes place here to include activities outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Excited is not the word I would use when speaking of going to work. I can say that I do not dread going to work and feel that my position is important to our team. My work load is always busy which is what I prefer. I enjoy being busy and always having something that needs addressed.
