FSA is a great company; I am privileged to work with FSA supporting the DEA in MT. I am happy to go work and enjoy the people I work with and the work that I do. It would be great if the company would negotiate with the government on yearly raises and/or step increases. Costs are rising every day.

Friendship, communication, compassion understanding, and overall kindness and helping each other out

Communication, trying to help employees achieve their goals, and assist with the development programs

Flexibility and being able to work independently and get the job done right and on time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living is rising every day; however, our pay is not. Getting either yearly raises or step increases as our counterparts gov employees do for the same job we contractors do, would be a good way to make the employees feel they are being valued for their hard work and loyalty.
