Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that the U.S. Government is restricting the amount of compensation to contractors in the contract terms. I believe many of the Government employees with similar jobs are being overpaid for the amount of work they do, and they're always trying to push their work onto the contractors.
